Welcome to Embrace Personal Resilience

We believe that everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life. Our team of experienced coaches are dedicated to helping you overcome the challenges that are holding you back, and guiding you towards a brighter future. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, improve personal development or don't know what direction to go in, we're here to provide the support and guidance you need to achieve your goals.


Our mission is to provide a life that is happy and fulfilling to all of our clients as we believe that everyone deserves it. Our aim is to help educate and train people to build up there own personal resilience through our life coaching tools and guidance, so that they are equipped with the right tools to handle life's challenges.

At Embrace Personal Resilience we use a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Neuro Linguistic Programming, person centred approach, mindfulness practices and SMART goal's, to help our clients overcome negative thought patterns, behaviours and set new goals to improve the quality of there life and improve there personal development . We believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body through coaching.

Mindfulness Coaching

Our mindfulness services can help you develop a greater sense of awareness to mental health and inner peace. Our excellent life coach's provide guidance and support to help you learn mindfulness techniques, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being.

Wellbeing Coaching

Our Wellbeing coaching services can help you explore your beliefs and values, and develop a greater sense of purpose and fulfilment. Our experienced coaches provide guidance and support to help you connect with your inner self and find meaning in your life as well as improve your personal development.

Stress Management Coaching

Our coaching management services can help you identify and manage stress in healthy ways. Our coaches provide guidance and support to help you develop coping skills, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being and mental health.

Self-Esteem Coaching

Our self-esteem coaching services can help you develop a healthier sense of self-worth and confidence. Our experienced coaches provide guidance and support to help you identify negative self-talk, develop self-compassion, and improve your relationships with others.

The majority of my life has been surround by mental health and from a young age I have suffered from it myself and over the course of my life I have faced many difficulties that have set me back to rock bottom. It is these moments in my life that drove me to work within mental health and helping others. I currently hold a NVQ level 3 counselling qualification, mental health first aid qualification, NHS care certificate in mental health and over 2 years experience working within the field of mental health field as a mental health recovery worker and private wellbeing coaching.

Like many, I have spent the majority of my life surrounded by mental health. From personal struggles to that of close family and friends. I have seen and dealt with a wide array of mental health issues. That is what led me to want to help people on a regular basis as a full time job. I have a NVQ Level 3 Counselling qualification and many years of personal experience that enable me to do what I do today.
